Smith, Warner ‘paid price’, says Australia cricket chief

The Sydney Morning Herald reported Friday that Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazlewood, Pat Cummins and Nathan Lyon intended to pull out of the fourth Test in South Africa if Warner was not removed from the team.
